Position: Workshop Manager & Accountant The One Automotive is looking for a responsible, disciplined, trustworthy, and leadership-oriented Workshop Manager & Accountant to take charge of the day-to-day operations of our car workshop.

We are looking for someone who can manage the workshop, bring in sales, handle customers, control finances, and lead the team effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Workshop Management

- Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the car workshop
- Supervise technicians, mechanics, and other workshop staff
- Ensure vehicles are repaired and serviced properly and on time
- Maintain discipline, productivity, and cleanliness within the workshop
- Coordinate job allocation and ensure smooth workflow
- Monitor spare parts, consumables, tools, and workshop requirements

Sales & Customer Management

- Generate new business and increase workshop sales
- Handle customers professionally and build long-term relationships
- Prepare estimates and quotations for repair and service jobs
- Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into jobs
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue through additional services
- Ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business

Accounts & Financial Management

- Maintain daily accounts of the workshop
- Record sales, expenses, purchases, payments, and collections
- Manage daily cash and payment transactions responsibly
- Monitor outstanding customer payments
- Maintain proper records of parts, labour, and job-wise billing
- Track workshop profitability and expenses
- Prepare regular sales and expense reports

Leadership & Responsibility





- Lead the workshop team and ensure everyone performs their responsibilities properly
- Take ownership of workshop performance and results
- Make practical decisions to solve day-to-day problems
- Motivate the team and maintain a professional working environment
- Ensure company policies and instructions are followed
- Report important issues and financial matters to the management promptly

Candidate Requirements The ideal candidate should have:
- Strong sales and customer-handling skills
- Good knowledge of accounting and financial management
- Strong workshop management and organizational skills
- Excellent leadership qualities
- Ability to manage and supervise a team
- Good knowledge of car servicing and repair operations will be an advantage
- Solid communication and problem-solving skills
- High level of honesty, discipline, and responsibility
- Ability to follow management instructions and company policies
- Ability to take ownership and work independently
- A loyal, trustworthy, and committed attitude
- Previous experience in an automotive workshop or car service centre will be preferred
