Key Responsibilities

Handle and build strong relationships with prospective customers.

Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp and meetings.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.

Conduct site visits and show flats to prospective buyers.

Present project details, specifications, pricing and USPs effectively.

Convert leads into bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.

Follow up with customers through the agreement and registration process.

Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure a smooth customer experience.

Coordinate with internal teams and developers for timely closure.

What We’re Looking For





2–5 years of experience in real estate sales.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Confident, target-oriented and persuasive personality.

Positive knowledge of the Chennai real estate market will be an advantage.

Ability to independently manage leads from enquiry → site visit → booking → registration.

- Passion for sales and a strong desire to earn through performance.

? Compensation

Fixed: ₹4–6 LPA

Performance Incentives: ₹3–5 LPA+

Total Earning Potential: ₹7–11 LPA+
