We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead sales operations at our premium men’s wear store. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and customer-handling skills, a passion for fashion, and the ability to lead a retail sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily sales operations and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the store sales team.
- Assist customers in selecting outfits based on their style, requirements, and preferences.
- Maintain excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.
- Ensure proper product display, store presentation, and visual merchandising.
- Manage inventory coordination and ensure products are properly organized.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Develop strategies to increase store sales and customer retention.
- Train team members on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service.
- Maintain discipline and ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.
- Coordinate with management regarding sales, stock, promotions, and store requirements.

Requirements




- Previous experience in retail sales, men’s fashion, apparel, or lifestyle brands preferred.
- Experience managing a sales team will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good customer-handling and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and confident personality.
- Valuable knowledge of men’s fashion and styling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Candidates with experience in premium or branded menswear stores are preferred.
