Key Responsibilities

- Acquire local businesses and onboard them to Conch Business.
- Meet business owners and explain/demo the Conch Business app.
- Generate leads, conduct field visits and close merchant signups.
- Recruit, train and manage the sales team.
- Set and achieve monthly sales and merchant acquisition targets.
- Build strong relationships with local businesses.
- Track team performance and provide regular reports.

Candidate Profile:
- 2 to 6 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / B2B / Field Sales.
- Experience in merchant acquisition, retail, digital marketing or SaaS is preferred.
- Positive communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with field sales and meeting business owners.
- Team management experience preferred.
- Telugu and English communication skills preferred
