Sales Manager – Micro LAPIndividual Contributor Role
We are looking for experienced Sales Managers – Micro LAP for multiple locations across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in LAP / Mortgage Sales with hands-on exposure to DSA Channel sourcing and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business for Micro LAP / Loan Against Property products.
- Source business through the DSA Channel and develop a strong network of channel partners.
- Build and maintain relationships with DSAs, connectors, customers and other business sources.
- Generate quality leads and manage the sales process from sourcing to disbursement.
- Handle cases with ticket sizes ranging from approximately ₹10 Lakhs to ₹1.5 Crores.
- Achieve assigned business and disbursement targets.
- Coordinate with credit, operations and other internal teams for smooth processing of cases.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with customers and channel partners.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: 2–4 years in relevant LAP / Mortgage Sales
- Solid exposure to DSA Channel sourcing is required
- Good understanding of the local LAP / Mortgage market
- Strong relationship-building and business development skills
- Ability to independently manage assigned territory and business targets
- Stable and relevant employment history will be preferred
- Prior experience handling LAP cases within the relevant ticket-size segment will be an advantage
CompensationCTC: ₹5 LPA – ₹8 LPA Final compensation will be decided on a case-to-case basis, depending on relevant experience, current compensation, location, profile fit and interview outcome.
