We are hiring an experienced Sales Manager – Personal Loans to drive high-value, high-yield personal loan disbursements. If you have hands-on experience handling tickets between 2 Lakhs to 15 Lakhs and closing high-interest rate products, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales and sourcing for high-ticket Personal Loans (2L – 15L).
- Target and convert customer segments suited for high-interest rate personal loan products.
- Build and manage channel partners, DSA networks, and direct sales channels.
- Ensure end-to-end processing from lead generation to document collection and final disbursement.




- Maintain portfolio quality through initial credit screening and profile verification.

Requirements

- Relevant experience in Personal Loan (PL) Sales is mandatory.
- Proven track record in handling ticket sizes of 2 Lakhs – 15 Lakhs.
- Hands-on experience selling high-yield / high-interest rate PL products.
- Robust network of DSAs, connectors, and local channels.
- Target-driven mindset with strong negotiation and closing skills.
