Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager / Executive based in Ludhiana, with some flexibility for work-from-home arrangements. The role involves identifying and qualifying leads, managing the sales pipeline, and conducting regular client meetings and presentations.

The Sales

Manager / Executive will negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure timely follow-up with prospects and existing customers. The role also requires monitoring market trends, gathering customer feedback, and contributing to sales strategies that support business growth.

Qualifications





- Prior experience in a sales or business development role; exposure to regional markets outside Punjab is mandatory.
- Demonstrated ability in sales prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Experience in customer relationship management, including regular follow-ups, handling objections, and ensuring high service standards.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers and influence outcomes.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, basic data analysis, and report preparation to track performance and support decision-making.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup from Ludhiana, manage time effectively, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
