Role Description The Sales Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad.

The Sales

Manager is responsible for leading and developing a team of sales professionals to achieve life insurance sales targets and grow the customer base in the region. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing sales strategies, monitoring performance metrics, and providing coaching, training, and feedback to team members. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and distribution partners,



ensuring a high standard of service and support throughout the sales process.

The Sales

Manager also collaborates with internal stakeholders to align sales activities with marketing campaigns, product initiatives, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong sales, business development, and target achievement skills within financial services or insurance.
- Experience in team leadership, performance management, and sales coaching.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to analyze sales data, forecast results, and develop action plans based on market insights.
- Knowledge of life insurance products, regulatory guidelines, and customer needs in the local market is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Proven experience in a sales supervisory or managerial role, ideally in insurance or financial services.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and adaptability to evolving business priorities.
