We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Sales Manager to lead membership sales and business growth at our Bangalore location.

About the Role

We are hiring a Sales Manager who will be responsible for driving membership sales, managing leads, achieving revenue targets, and building a high-performing sales culture at the Bangalore studio.

The ideal candidate should be highly confident, target-oriented, persuasive, and comfortable managing the complete sales journey — from lead generation and follow-up to trial conversion, membership closure, renewals, and referrals.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive monthly and quarterly membership sales and revenue targets
- Manage the complete sales funnel from lead generation to membership closure
- Handle leads generated through digital marketing, walk-ins, referrals, trials, and other channels
- Conduct effective sales calls, consultations, studio tours, and follow-ups
- Convert Free Trial Experience (FTE) participants into paid memberships
- Understand customer fitness goals and recommend the right membership or package
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing members
- Follow up consistently with leads through calls, WhatsApp, CRM, and other channels
- Drive membership renewals, upgrades, referrals, and reactivations
- Track daily, weekly,



and monthly sales performance against targets
- Maintain accurate lead and customer information in CRM/sales systems
- Analyse conversion rates, lost leads, sales pipeline, and revenue performance
- Work closely with trainers and the studio team to improve trial-to-membership conversions
- Train, guide, and motivate sales/front-desk team members where applicable
- Develop local sales and business-development opportunities
- Support promotional campaigns, events, open houses, and membership drives
- Monitor competitor offerings and identify opportunities to improve BeatBox's market position
- Maintain a premium, professional, and customer-focused sales experience at the studio

What We’re Looking For

- 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Membership Sales, or a customer-facing revenue role
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Solid lead conversion, negotiation, and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong follow-up and relationship-management abilities
- Confident and persuasive personality
- Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively
- Strong understanding of sales funnels and conversion metrics
- Comfortable working with CRM and sales-tracking tools
- Strong leadership, ownership, and accountability
- Energetic, professional, presentable, and customer-focused
