Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in the alcoholic beverages industry. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, expanding distribution, managing channel partners, and developing the market across Uttar Pradesh.

Candidates currently based in Delhi NCR, Noida, or nearby regions are also encouraged to apply, provided they are willing to manage the UP market.

Key Responsibilities

-Drive sales and revenue growth across the assigned territory.

-Develop and manage distributors, dealers, retailers, and channel partners.

-Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, bars, restaurants, and other relevant trade partners.

-Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.

-Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

-Conduct regular market visits and monitor sales performance.

-Track competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and market trends.





-Execute trade promotions and ensure solid product visibility.

-Manage collections and ensure adherence to agreed credit terms.

-Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market updates.

-Coordinate with internal teams for product availability and smooth market execution.

Requirements

-3 years of experience in alcoholic beverages / beer / spirits / liquor sales.

-Strong understanding of the alcohol distribution and retail market.

-Experience in distributor and channel management.

-Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

-Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

-Willingness to travel extensively across Uttar Pradesh.

-Candidates from Delhi/NCR willing to handle the UP market can apply.
