Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets
- Manage and support the sales team
- Monitor daily sales performance and follow up on targets
- Generate current business opportunities and maintain customer relationships
- Coordinate with the field team and ensure effective sales operations
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular performance updates
- Support the company in achieving overall sales growth
