Role Overview We are seeking an energetic, ambitious Career Advisor / Sales Intern to join our team. In this hands-on role, you will learn the dynamics of the US recruitment and career advisory landscape. You will interact directly with US-based candidates, understand their career ambitions, and pitch our platform’s premium services. Key Responsibilities

- Candidate Engagement: Interact with candidates across the US market, guiding them through our job platform and service offerings.
- Sales & Consultation: Learn to pitch, negotiate, and present premium career services tailored to candidate needs.
- Domain Alignment: Gain insights into candidate profiles within the IT, Medical, and Manufacturing sectors to recommend suitable solutions.
- Relationship Building: Establish rapport with candidates to foster trust, satisfaction, and long-term engagement.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Flawless English Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills are mandatory to engage effectively with US-based candidates.

- Night Shift Availability: Ability to work fixed US night shifts consistently at our Makarba office.

- Educational Background: Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
