Role OverviewWe are looking for 6 highly energetic and target-oriented Sales Interns to join our team immediately. In this role, you will play a crucial role in advising prospective students and working professionals on our finance and management courses, driving enrollment, and building relationships. This internship offers hands-on experience in consultative sales, lead conversion, and client acquisition within the education management industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Reach out to prospective students, candidates, and professionals through phone calls, emails, and social media.
- Guide prospective candidates on suitable HAFM courses, certifications, and career pathways based on their career goals.
- Manage, track,



and qualify inbound leads while actively pursuing outbound lead generation.
- Support the core admissions and sales team in achieving weekly and monthly enrollment targets.
- Maintain clean records of customer interactions, inquiries, and conversions in the CRM database.
- Follow up consistently with prospective clients to convert inquiries into enrollments.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [Malayalam, English, Hindi].
- Strong persuasive ability, consultative approach, and active listening skills.
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to handle objections effectively.
- Availability to start immediately.
- Prior experience in sales, telecalling, or candidate counseling is a plus (not mandatory).
