Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales plans for solar module mounting structures in line with business and revenue targets.
- Identify and develop new customers, projects, contractors, engineering companies, solar developers, and other potential business opportunities.
- Generate qualified leads and build a robust sales pipeline for module mounting structure products.
- Understand customer project requirements, technical specifications, quantities, timelines, and commercial expectations.
- Prepare and coordinate quotations, commercial proposals, and product offers based on customer requirements.
- Lead commercial negotiations with customers and work toward profitable order closure.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Track sales enquiries, quotations, negotiations, orders, and project status from initial contact through order closure.




- Coordinate with engineering and production teams to ensure customer requirements and approved specifications are clearly communicated.
- Coordinate with production, quality, purchase, stores, and dispatch functions to support timely order execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer requirements, and pricing conditions in the solar mounting structure market.
- Develop strategies to increase sales volume, customer base, market coverage, and repeat business.
- Review sales performance, order pipeline, conversion rates, revenue, and target achievement.

Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in field sales.
