- SALES HEAD

About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Head to lead and drive sales and business development across Enzymes, Animal Feed, Textile, CBC and Ethanol segments. The ideal candidate should have robust B2B sales, business development, customer acquisition, key account management and revenue-growth experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales and business development strategies for assigned industry segments.
- Drive sales and revenue growth across Enzymes, Animal Feed, Textile, CBC and Ethanol markets.
- Identify and develop new customers, distributors, channel partners and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and industrial clients.
- Generate leads and convert them into sustainable business opportunities.
- Manage the sales pipeline and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify customer requirements, trends and opportunities.
- Manage key accounts and ensure customer retention and business expansion.
- Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals, pricing and business terms with management.
- Coordinate with R&D;, Production, Quality and other internal teams.
- Monitor competitor activities, market pricing and industry developments.
- Expand the customer base geographically and develop new markets.
- Track customer visits, enquiries, quotations, conversions and revenue.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports and management updates.
- Lead, guide and monitor the sales team to achieve business targets.
- Handle customer meetings, product presentations, negotiations and commercial discussions.
- Ensure timely follow-up on enquiries, quotations, samples, trials and orders.
- Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure and customer retention.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Food Technology or a relevant field. Preferred Industry Experience: Experience in enzyme sales across segments such as Animal Feed, Textile, CBC, Ethanol and related industrial applications will be preferred. An established customer network and proven sales record in these enzyme application segments will be an added advantage.

Compensation 15 LPA 20 LPA, depending on experience, industry exposure, existing customer network and overall suitability for the role.
