Job Title- Sales Head- Disinfectant

Job Location- Delhi

Responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, developing distribution channels, and managing key institutional and commercial clients for the company’s disinfectant products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Drive sales of disinfectant and hygiene products across healthcare, institutional, industrial, and commercial segments.
- Identify new markets, customers, distributors, dealers, and business opportunities.
- Build, manage, and strengthen the distribution and dealer network.
- Develop strong relationships with hospitals, healthcare institutions, corporates, industries, and other key clients.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities.
- Lead and manage the sales team.




- Handle key clients and maintain solid customer relationships.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and sales performance.
- Prepare sales forecasts and regular reports.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred.
- 8–12 years of sales experience, preferably in disinfectants, healthcare, hygiene, FMCG, or related products.
- 3–5 years of experience in a sales leadership role.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and business development skills.
- Willingness to travel.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
