Designation: Head – Real Estate Sales

Experience: Minimum 10–12 years in the real estate industry

Age: 40 years and above

Salary: ₹80,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month

Location: Boring Road Patna.

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Head of Real Estate Sales to lead our sales operations, drive revenue growth, manage the sales team, and develop strong client and channel relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the real estate sales team and achieve monthly/annual targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and business plans.
- Generate new business opportunities and strengthen existing client relationships.
- Manage property sales, channel partners, brokers, and key customers.
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, competition, and customer requirements.
- Ensure achievement of revenue and booking targets.
- Guide, motivate, and train the sales team to improve performance.
- Provide regular sales reports and business updates to management.

Eligibility
- Preferred:



Minimum 10–12 years of relevant experience in real estate sales, preferably in a leadership/managerial role.
- Alternative: Retired Government Officials with solid leadership, administrative, public relations, networking, or business-development experience may also be considered.
- Minimum age: 40 years.
- Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market will be an advantage.

Compensation

₹80,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month, depending on experience, profile, and suitability.
