About the Role

Assotech Limited is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Head to lead the Sales & Marketing function for our Ranchi operations. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, managing the sales team, driving lead generation and conversions, and strengthening the company's presence in the Ranchi real estate market.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, sales strategy, team management, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills, preferably with experience in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business and revenue targets for the Ranchi market.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and overall sales targets.
- Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the team.
- Monitor sales performance, conversion ratios, lead pipeline, and revenue achievement.
- Develop effective strategies for lead generation, customer acquisition, and sales conversion.
- Manage and monitor leads generated through digital, telecalling, channel partners, references, and other sources.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, channel partners, brokers, and other business associates.
- Drive site visits, bookings, and closures through effective sales planning and follow-up.
- Handle key customer negotiations and support the team in closing high-value deals.
- Develop and maintain a strong channel partner network in the Ranchi market.
- Identify new business opportunities and explore potential markets for project sales.
- Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to understand pricing, customer preferences, and market trends.
- Work closely with Marketing, CRM, Finance, Legal,



and Project teams to ensure smooth customer transactions.
- Monitor the performance of individual team members and provide regular guidance and coaching.
- Prepare and review sales MIS, forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance reports.
- Ensure proper CRM usage and timely updating of customer and lead information.
- Plan and participate in property exhibitions, events, promotional campaigns, and other sales initiatives.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
- Ensure sales activities are aligned with company policies and applicable real estate regulations.
- Take ownership of achieving the overall sales and revenue objectives for the Ranchi location.

Eligibility & Requirements
- Qualification: Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.
- Experience: 812 years of relevant experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Robust experience in real estate sales and team management.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of the Ranchi real estate market and customer profile.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
- Good understanding of lead generation, sales funnels, conversion strategies, and channel sales.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Good analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Willingness to travel locally and meet customers/channel partners as required.
