Role Description The Sales Head (Affiliate) role at AdX Internet is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The role involves leading the affiliate sales function, including developing and executing strategies to grow affiliate partnerships, optimizing revenue, and expanding market presence. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and onboarding new affiliates, managing key accounts, negotiating commercial terms, and monitoring campaign performance to ensure sales targets are met.

The Sales

Head (Affiliate) will collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and analytics teams to refine offers, improve conversion, and maintain strong partner relationships. This position also requires mentoring and managing the affiliate sales team,



establishing best practices, and reporting regularly to senior leadership on pipeline, performance, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated strength in Sales and Sales Management, including experience meeting or exceeding revenue targets in affiliate or digital advertising environments.
- Proficiency in Account Management, with a track record of building and maintaining long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with partners or clients.
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret performance data, optimize campaigns, forecast revenue, and support data-informed decision-making.
- Proven Team Management capabilities, including coaching, performance management, and aligning team goals with organizational objectives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in online advertising, media buying, performance marketing, or affiliate marketing is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications in digital marketing or sales are a plus.
- Comfort working in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment and readiness to work on-site in Gurugram.
