Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales Head to lead sales operations across the UP West territory. The role will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding distribution, strengthening channel partnerships, improving market coverage, and leading a large sales team across multiple towns and districts.

Key Responsibilities: Own sales volume, value and profitability targets across the UP West territory. Drive market expansion, outlet coverage and distribution reach. Identify new business opportunities and appoint distributors in potential markets. Manage distributor and retailer relationships and drive secondary sales. Ensure optimum stock availability and effective inventory management. Improve market penetration and distribution reach across all towns. Monitor product visibility, merchandising, pricing and promotional activities. Track competitor activities and implement suitable market strategies. Conduct regular market visits and ensure strong on-ground execution. Lead, mentor and develop Sales Managers, Area Sales Managers, Territory Sales Officers and Sales Executives. Set targets,



review performance and build a high-performance sales culture. Manage team engagement, attrition and succession planning. Lead monthly, quarterly and annual sales planning and forecasting. Analyze sales data, market trends and channel performance. Present business reviews and actionable insights to senior management.

Candidate Profile: 18–25 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG, Consumer Goods or Beverage industry. Robust experience managing large multi-town/multi-district territories. Proven experience in General Trade sales, distributor management and channel development. Experience handling large, multi-layered sales teams. Beverage/bottling industry experience will be preferred. Strong distribution and channel management expertise. Excellent negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management skills. Strong commercial and financial acumen. Good analytical, planning and reporting skills. Robust leadership and people management capabilities.
