Job Summary

We are hiring an Assistant Manager – Export Sales / Export Sales Manager (Key Account Manager) for a leading Indian engineering and industrial manufacturing company.

The role involves managing existing international customers, developing new overseas business opportunities, handling export sales activities, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should have experience in Export Sales, International Sales, B2B Sales, Key Account Management, Customer Relationship Management, and Business Development, preferably within the engineering, industrial, manufacturing, or export sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage existing international customers and build long-term business relationships.
- Handle customer enquiries, quotations, negotiations, orders, and payment follow-ups.
- Understand customer requirements related to products, pricing, delivery, and commercial terms.
- Identify cross-selling, up-selling, and new product opportunities.
- Develop new customers and identify potential international markets.
- Monitor customer-wise, product-wise, and market-wise sales performance.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, customer reports, and management presentations.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, Dispatch, Accounts, and other internal departments.
- Ensure timely order processing, production coordination, documentation, and dispatch.
- Track sales targets, achievements, pending orders, enquiries, and payment status.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records in ERP/CRM systems.
- Resolve customer issues through effective coordination with internal teams.
- Support business development initiatives for overseas markets.

Candidate Requirements




- Graduate with 3–8 years of relevant experience in Export Sales / International Sales / B2B Sales.
- Experience in engineering, industrial, manufacturing, or export-oriented products is preferred.
- Strong experience in customer handling, quotations, order processing, negotiations, and sales follow-ups.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills.
- Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
- Ability to identify customer requirements and generate additional business opportunities.
- Good coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer accounts.

Preference will be given to candidates with:
- B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant technical background.
- Experience with Pneumatic Tools, Mining Tools, Industrial Tools, Engineering Products, or similar products.
- Previous experience in Export Sales / International Business Development.
- Knowledge of export sales processes and documentation.
- Experience handling international customers and overseas markets.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and online business development.
- Experience working with ERP/CRM systems, preferably Zoho.

Compensation and Benefits CTC: ₹5 – ₹10 LPA, depending on experience and suitability.

Work Schedule:

- Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Saturday: 9:30 AM – 4:00 PM
