We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive – Team Leader to lead a sales team while driving business growth in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have solid field sales experience and the ability to motivate and guide team members.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve business targets.
- Generate new business through field sales activities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Guide and support team members to improve performance.
- Conduct regular field visits and customer meetings.
- Monitor team productivity and sales performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
- Prepare sales reports and ensure target achievement.

Eligibility Criteria :





- Graduation is mandatory.
- Minimum 2+ Years of Experience in Field Sales.
- Team handling experience will be an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Local candidates from Siliguri will be preferred.
