About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and technically knowledgeable Sales Executive to join our team in the Control Panel Manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in electrical, industrial, or manufacturing companies.

The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, handling customer requirements, generating enquiries, preparing quotations, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business leads and identify potential customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Visit customers to understand their technical and commercial requirements.
- Promote and sell Electrical Control Panels and related products.
- Generate enquiries and follow up with customers for quotations and orders.
- Prepare and submit quotations in coordination with the technical team.
- Coordinate with the design, production,



and project teams for order execution.
- Negotiate with customers regarding pricing, delivery, and commercial terms.
- Follow up on pending enquiries, quotations, and payments.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions, enquiries, and sales activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in electrical or manufacturing industries.
- Technical knowledge of electrical control panels is required.
- Basic understanding of electrical components and industrial control systems.
- Experience in B2B / industrial sales will be preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Valuable customer relationship and follow-up skills.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and explain products to customers.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
