Role Overview

You will be responsible for selling 2 core products:

1. Sports Infrastructure: Turf setup, sports flooring, lighting, equipment for schools, societies, clubs, corporates

2. Sports Wizards App: Onboarding academies, coaches, and players + driving app downloads & paid subscriptions

Key Responsibilities

- B2B Sales - Infrastructure: Generate leads and close deals with schools, housing societies, gymkhanas, corporates, and sports academies for turf, flooring, and other infra projects

- B2C + B2B Sales - App: Drive Sports Wizards app downloads. Onboard coaches, academies, and facility owners onto the platform

- Field Visits: Meet prospects across Mumbai, do product demos, site visits, and presentations

- Lead Generation: Cold calling, WhatsApp, email, events, and references to build pipeline

- Relationship Management: Nurture existing clients for repeat projects and renewals

- Targets: Achieve monthly targets for infra project closures + app downloads + paid conversions

- Coordination: Work with ops, design, and tech team to ensure smooth project execution and app onboarding

- Reporting:



Maintain daily updates on CRM/Google Sheets

What Were Looking For

- Experience: 0-3 years in B2B sales. Real estate, infra, edtech, or sports industry preferred

- Passion: Interest in sports is a must. You should understand Mumbais sports ecosystem

- Communication: Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred. Confident in client meetings

- Hustle: Self-starter, target-oriented, comfortable with field sales 4-5 days/week

- Skills: Negotiation, presentation, and closing skills. Basic MS Office/Google Sheets

- Education: Any Graduate. Sports background is a big plus

- Other: Own smartphone preferred. Willing to travel across Mumbai & other locations

What We Offer

- Salary: 15,000 - 22,000 CTC per month based on experience
