We are expanding our field sales team and are looking for energetic and target-oriented Sales Executives who can help us grow our retailer and business partner network.

Role OverviewThis is a full-time, field-based Sales Executive role. The selected candidate will be responsible for visiting mobile retailers, identifying potential business opportunities, introducing and demonstrating Quadoria's products, and converting prospects into business partners.

The role requires regular market visits, customer interaction, lead generation, product demonstrations, follow-ups, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Candidates should be willing to work in the city for which they are applying and travel locally for field visits.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit mobile retailers and potential business partners in the assigned territory.
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through field visits.
- Introduce and explain Quadoria's products and solutions to retailers.
- Demonstrate qCreate MDM and explain its perks and features.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with mobile retailers.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into active business partners.
- Follow up with leads, prospects, and existing retailers.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and business targets.
- Maintain regular records of customer visits, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.




- Collect market feedback and share insights with the management team.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer onboarding and support.
- Stay updated about products, competitors, and market trends in the assigned territory.

Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Energetic, confident, and target-oriented approach.
- Comfortable with field sales and regular market visits.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Ability to communicate with mobile retailers and business owners.
- Basic understanding of smartphones, mobile technology, or software products is an advantage.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in sales, field sales, business development, or retail sales will be an advantage.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are preferred.
