Role Overview

We are looking for a energetic and result-or Sales Executive – Real Estate (Healthcare) to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, expanding our healthcare real estate network, generating leads, building long-term client relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate sector.
- Generate high-quality leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, brokers, and business partners.
- Negotiate commercial terms and coordinate property acquisition discussions.




- Conduct market research and identify potential expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute business development strategies.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and market reports.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.

Requirements

- Proven experience in Business Development and Lead Generation.
- Experience in the Real Estate industry is highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in healthcare real estate will be an added advantage.
