We are hiring Sales Executives for Pan India & State-wise locations for our Orthopaedic Implant Division.

The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with hospitals & doctors, and expanding business in the assigned territory.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Field Operations: 100% field work. Daily visits to Private Hospitals, Multi-speciality Hospitals, Corporate Hospitals, Traders, Distributors and Dealers

2. Doctor Calls: Conduct regular doctor calls, product presentations, and maintain strong doctor relationships

3. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets for assigned state/region

4. Sales Growth: Solid knowledge of business growth,



sales strategies and how to convince doctors, management & channel partners

5. Market Coverage: Expand network in assigned territory and ensure product availability

6. Reporting: Submit daily call reports and attend weekly review meeting with management

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

1. 1 to 3 Years experience in Orthopaedic Implant, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Cosmetics or Medical Devices industry
2. Prior experience in Hospital Sales / Field Sales is mandatory
3. Excellent Communication Skills, Convincing Skills and Negotiation Skills
4. Self-motivated, Target oriented and able to work independently in the field

EDUCATION MBA / B.sc/ B.Pharm / Any Graduate or Post Graduate
