The ideal candidate should have experience in lead generation, client handling, and closing sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships. ? Key Responsibilities • Generate and qualify leads through various channels.
- Connect with prospective customers and understand their requirements.
- Present and sell real estate projects to potential buyers.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. ✅ Eligibility Criteria • Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Lead Generation & Sales.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
