We are looking for a results-driven Sales Agent to convert part requests into closed sales. You will manage inbound customer inquiries, coordinate with our supplier network, present accurate VIN-matched quotes, and guide customers through the purchase process while delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond promptly to incoming part requests (phone, email, chat, or web form) and gather complete vehicle and part details (VIN preferred).
- Source competitive, fitment-verified quotes from our network of verified salvage yards and suppliers.
- Present clear, qualified quotes that include price, condition, mileage (where available), warranty terms, and shipping options.
- Follow up on open quotes, answer customer questions, overcome objections, and close sales.
- Coordinate order confirmation, payment collection, and handoff to fulfillment/shipping.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotes, and sales activity in our systems.
- Build strong working relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable inventory, pricing, and response times.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and conversion metrics.
- Provide a high level of customer service and act as the primary point of contact throughout the sales process.




- Stay current on common vehicle makes/models, popular parts (engines, transmissions, modules, body parts, etc.), and company policies (warranty, returns, fitment).

Requirements
- Proven sales experience (ideally in automotive parts, aftermarket, B2B, or high-volume inbound sales).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to learn vehicle fitment concepts and use VIN-based matching tools quickly.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent requests.
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented with a track record of hitting sales targets.
- Basic computer proficiency (CRM or sales tools, email, spreadsheets).
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace (remote positions available; on-site options may apply depending on location).
- Previous experience with used/OEM auto parts, salvage yards, or automotive repair is a strong plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
