SALE EXECUTIVE POST

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our jewellery showroom. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, achieving sales targets, and maintaining excellent customer relationships while ensuring a premium shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a polite and professional manner
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Explain product features, purity, pricing, and making charges clearly
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
- Maintain display cleanliness and proper arrangement of jewellery
- Build long-term relationships with customers for repeat business
- Upsell and cross-sell products effectively
- Coordinate with cashier and inventory team for smooth billing
- Maintain customer data (NPC / feedback details) properly
- Follow showroom rules, discipline, and grooming standards

Required Skills:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills




- Positive product knowledge (Gold, Diamond, Silver jewellery preferred)
- Sales and negotiation skills
- Customer handling and convincing ability
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and team spirit

Qualifications:

- Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
- Experience: 1–3 years in retail sales (Jewellery experience preferred)

Other Requirements:

- Well-groomed and presentable appearance
- Ability to work in flexible hours (weekends & festivals)
- Honest, punctual, and responsible

- Attendance & punctuality
