About the Role

We are looking for a highly confident, target-oriented Calling Sales Executive / Lead Conversion Specialist to join our growing team.

This is NOT a customer support role. The primary responsibility is to speak with warm inbound leads, build customer relationships, understand their requirements, handle objections and convert qualified leads into paying customers.

The ideal candidate should have a confident and engaging voice, excellent Hindi and English communication skills, strong persuasion ability, and the ability to build trust quickly over phone calls and WhatsApp.

Key Responsibilities

- Make inbound and outbound sales calls to warm leads generated through digital advertising.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the appropriate service.
- Convert qualified leads into paying customers through effective sales conversations.
- Build strong customer engagement and long-term customer relationships.
- Handle customer questions, doubts, price objections and hesitation confidently.
- Follow up consistently with interested and undecided prospects.
- Create urgency and guide customers toward making a purchase decision.
- Communicate with customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate lead status and follow-up records.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the support/operations team after a successful sale.
- Continuously improve conversion rates through better sales conversations and follow-ups.

What We Are Looking For We are specifically looking for an experienced B2C Calling Sales Executive / Lead Conversion Specialist, preferably with 14 years of hands-on telesales, inside sales or B2C sales experience.

Must-have skills:

- Excellent spoken Hindi and English
- Clear, confident, energetic and engaging voice




- Robust customer engagement skills
- Excellent relationship-building ability
- Robust persuasion and objection-handling skills
- Proven lead conversion ability
- Comfortable making 50-90+ sales calls per day
- Strong follow-up discipline
- Target-oriented and commercially driven
- Comfortable selling through both phone and WhatsApp
- Ability to understand customer psychology and buying intent
- Ability to confidently ask for the sale/payment

Preferred Candidate Female candidates are highly preferred for this customer-facing role, particularly candidates who have a naturally warm, confident and engaging communication style and can establish trust quickly with customers.

Candidates with experience in Education, EdTech, Academic Services, B2C Telesales, Inside Sales, Telecalling or Consultative Sales will be highly preferred.
