ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our team and support the sales and business development of insurance and loan products.

The role involves customer interaction, lead generation, customer calling, lead qualification, product explanation, sales follow-ups and supporting the sales conversion process.

This opportunity is suitable for candidates interested in building a career in Sales, Business Development, Insurance Sales, Loan Sales and Financial Services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Connect with prospective customers through calls and regular follow-ups
- Generate and qualify leads through customer calling and other available channels
- Understand customer requirements and identify suitable insurance or loan solutions
- Explain relevant product features, perks and basic process information clearly to customers
- Conduct sales conversations and follow up with interested prospects to support conversion
- Handle customer queries and maintain professional client relationships
- Maintain accurate lead and customer records using MS Office, MS Excel and internal systems
- Assist customers with required documentation and coordinate with the concerned team for application or policy processing
- Coordinate customer meetings and office visits when required
- Maintain timely follow-ups throughout the sales cycle
- Support customer acquisition and business development activities




- Maintain professional communication with prospects and existing customers

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with customer calling, cold calling and sales conversations
- Lead generation and lead qualification skills
- Strong follow-up and customer relationship skills
- Basic sales, negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Good computer knowledge
- Working knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel
- Ability to maintain accurate customer and lead records
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow in sales

ELIGIBILITY

- Graduate in any stream
- 6 months–1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Insurance or Financial Services is preferred
- Candidates with relevant customer-facing or sales experience may also apply
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in Sales and Business Development may be considered based on suitability
