What You'll Do

- Connect with inbound and outbound leads through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Understand clients' matrimonial requirements and recommend the right membership plans.
- Present the benefits of RishtaSite.com's premium matchmaking services.
- Build robust relationships and establish trust with prospective clients.
- Handle objections confidently and negotiate effectively.
- Follow up consistently and convert leads into paid memberships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals.
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records in Smart Match.
- Work closely with the Matchmaking team to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience.
- Stay updated on services, membership plans, and promotional offers.
- Deliver professional, customer-focused service while maintaining confidentiality.

What We're Looking For




- Excellent English communication skills – verbal and written.
- Strong sales, persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Ability to build rapport and gain clients' trust.
- A positive, customer-focused and target-driven attitude.
- Strong objection-handling skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Punjabi language skills are an added advantage.
- Previous sales experience is beneficial, but strong communication and a willingness to learn are highly valued.
