About the Role

Florida Dress Your Home is looking for a Sales Executive to strengthen its distribution and retail network and drive sales across the assigned market.

The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing the company's sales channel of:

Company → Distributor → Retailer → Consumer The role requires strong field execution, distributor and retailer relationship management, new market development, order generation and achievement of assigned sales targets.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in field sales, be comfortable with extensive market travel and have a solid understanding of distributor-led FMCG, textile, home furnishing, lifestyle or consumer-product sales.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Distributor Management & Retailer Expansion

- Manage and strengthen relationships with distributors and retailers across the assigned territory by doing in-person visits.
- Ensure regular order generation from distributors and effective movement of products from Distributor → Retailer → Consumer.
- Identify and onboard new retailers through regular market visits, distributor references, cold calling and territory mapping.
- Expand the company's retail network by increasing the number of active retail outlets and market coverage.
- Regularly visit distributors and retailers to understand stock requirements, product movement, retailer demand and market opportunities.
- Ensure adequate product availability, visibility and assortment across retail outlets.
- Work closely with distributors to identify uncovered markets and new retail opportunities.
- Track retailer orders, product movement and competitor activity and share relevant market feedback with the management.
- Build solid relationships with channel partners to drive repeat orders, market penetration and territory growth.

2. New Business Development

- Identify new distributors,



retailers and untapped markets within the assigned territory.
- Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, references, market mapping and networking.
- Approach potential business partners and convert them into active channel partners.
- Develop new territories and increase the company's distribution reach.

3. Target Achievement

- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Plan daily market visits and sales activities based on territory potential.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of distributor and retailer orders.
- Take ownership of territory-wise revenue and volume targets.
- Follow up on pending orders and ensure timely conversion.

4. Market Intelligence

- Track competitor products, pricing, schemes and activities in the market.
- Understand retailer and distributor feedback and changing customer demand.
- Identify recent market opportunities and potential retailers.
- Share regular updates on competitor activity, market trends, pricing and customer preferences with the management.

5. Sales Reporting & Coordination

- Maintain daily records of market visits, retailer meetings, orders, collections, new outlets and sales performance.
- Submit regular sales and market reports to the reporting manager.
- Coordinate with distributors and the internal team for order processing, stock availability and dispatches.
- Maintain accurate customer and retailer information.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
