Concept Kart is a growing Premium Audio & Technology company serving audiophiles, music enthusiasts and tech enthusiasts across India. Our product portfolio includes In-Ear Monitors (IEMs), headphones, DACs, amplifiers, Digital Audio Players (DAPs), audio cables, adapters, ear tips and other premium audio accessories, along with selected tech products.

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our offline retail team and provide customers with an informative and premium buying experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify customer preferences based on music taste, usage, budget and listening requirements.
- Assist walk-in customers and understand their audio requirements.
- Recommend suitable IEMs, headphones, DACs, amplifiers, DAPs, cables and other audio accessories.
- Explain product specifications, features, sound characteristics, compatibility and pricing in a simple manner.
- Conduct product demonstrations and listening sessions for customers.
- Compare different products and help customers make informed purchase decisions.
- Suggest complementary products such as DAC/Amp, cables, ear tips and accessories wherever relevant.
- Handle customer queries, objections and product-related concerns professionally.




- Maintain robust relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.
- Stay updated with new products, brands, audio technologies and market trends.
- Coordinate with the inventory/operations team regarding product availability and stock requirements.
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular sales updates to the reporting manager.

What We Are Looking For

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-handling and convincing abilities.
- Passion for sales, audio products and technology.
- Basic understanding or willingness to learn about IEMs, headphones, DACs, amplifiers and audio accessories and other tech gadgets.
- Ability to understand technical product specifications and explain them to customers.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in retail sales, consumer electronics, premium products or audio products will be an advantage.
- Freshers with strong knowledge/interest in audio products are also welcome to apply.
