About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Career Counselor (Sales Associate) to join our growing team. This role involves communicating with potential candidates and business partners, understanding their requirements, explaining our services, generating business opportunities, and managing the sales process from initial outreach through closure.

Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities with U.S.-based consultants, candidates, and clients.
- Communicate with prospective clients and candidates through calls, emails, and online meetings.
- Clearly explain company services, processes, and available opportunities.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and outreach to follow-up and closing.
- Conduct and participate in client and candidate meetings through Google Meet.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and candidates.




- Maintain accurate records of leads, communications, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and assigned KPIs.
- Follow up with prospects regularly and convert qualified leads into business opportunities.
- Collaborate with recruitment, sales, and leadership teams to achieve organizational goals.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- 0–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Customer Support, Recruitment, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and internet browsing.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented setting.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work in a night shift aligned with U.S. business hours.
