Bro Riser is looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for sales. Candidates with prior real estate experience will be preferred. Key Responsibilities- convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable real estate properties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct property presentations and coordinate site visits.
- Follow up with customers and ensure timely closure of sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate customer records - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Eligibility
Bachelor's degree. 03 years sales experience; real estate preferred. Solid communication, negotiation and presentation skills. Immediate joiners preferred.
