About the Role

Assotech Limited is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team in Ranchi. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling prospective customers, conducting project presentations, coordinating site visits, and converting leads into successful sales.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a strong sales orientation, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through various channels including references, calling, digital leads, and local market activities.
- Handle incoming leads and understand customer requirements.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain project details.
- Follow up regularly with prospective customers to drive conversions.
- Arrange and coordinate customer site visits.
- Present project details, specifications, amenities, pricing, and payment plans to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Negotiate with customers and assist in closing sales within approved company guidelines.
- Maintain regular follow-up and update lead status in the CRM/system.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, booking, and customer-related requirements.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions,



follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Conduct basic market research and keep track of competitor projects and pricing.
- Participate in exhibitions, property events, promotional activities, and other sales initiatives.
- Ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Perform other sales-related duties assigned by the reporting manager.

Eligibility & Requirements
- Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: 14 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Candidates with experience in property sales, channel sales, banking, insurance, automobile, or other target-oriented sales roles may also be considered.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
- Good follow-up and relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
- Candidates with valuable knowledge of the Ranchi real estate market will be preferred.
