Roles & Responsibilities

- Visit assigned retail outlets, distributors, and market areas to drive sales and ensure product availability.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and channel partners.

- Achieve monthly and daily sales targets as assigned by the company.

- Identify current outlets and opportunities to expand market coverage and distribution.

- Take regular orders from retailers and ensure timely order execution.

- Ensure proper product visibility, display, and merchandising at retail outlets.

- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, schemes, and market trends.

- Collect market feedback and share insights regarding customer requirements and competitor activities.

- Follow up on outstanding payments and support the company in maintaining healthy collections.

- Prepare daily/weekly sales and market visit reports.

- Ensure effective implementation of company schemes, promotions, and offers.
