Job Summary

Engineer-Sales / Executive-Sales – Valve to drive sales and business development for industrial valves and related products. The ideal candidate should have technical expertise in valves, a solid sales acumen, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales & Business Development:
- ● Identify and develop new business opportunities for industrial, process, and automation valves.● Generate leads, conduct customer visits, and close sales deals.● Develop and maintain relationships with OEMs, EPCs, distributors, and end-users.● Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Technical Consultation & Product Promotion:

● Provide technical consultation and solutions based on customer requirements.● Conduct product demonstrations, presentations,



and training sessions for clients.● Work closely with engineering teams to offer customized valve solutions.● Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.● Recommend sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand customer base.● Identify potential sectors such as oil & gas, power, chemical, pharmaceutical, water treatment, and manufacturing.● Prepare and submit quotations, tenders, and proposals as per client requirements.● Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and delivery schedules.● Ensure customer satisfaction and address post-sales concerns.● Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.● Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, logistics, and after-sales support).● Provide feedback on product improvements and customer requirements.
