Hiring: Sales Engineer – Capital Equipment Sales (Steel Industry)

Experience: 3–5 Years

As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving direct B2B sales of Zetko's specialized Debricking & Refractory Demolition Equipment across steel plants and heavy industries.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities within steel and heavy manufacturing industries.

Meet decision-makers at steel plants and conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations.

Understand customer requirements and recommend customized engineering solutions.

Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline within your assigned territory.

Coordinate with Design, Service, and Technical teams to prepare proposals and ensure successful project execution.

Prepare technical layouts and drawings using AutoCAD whenever required.

Build long-term relationships with Purchase, Maintenance, Operations, and Plant Heads.

Represent Zetko at exhibitions, trade shows, and customer demonstrations.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support business growth.

Who We're Looking For

Essential Qualifications

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.





MBA is preferred but not mandatory.

3–5 years of experience in Capital Equipment Sales or Industrial Machinery Sales.

Hands-on experience selling directly to Steel Plants, Iron & Steel Manufacturing, Rolling Mills, or Heavy Industries.

Good understanding of mechanical equipment and industrial applications.

Strong exposure to field sales and customer visits.

AutoCAD knowledge is mandatory.

Ready to travel extensively across the assigned region.
