for Field Sales Engineer

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive Field Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical understanding of electrical products and experience in dealing with LV/MV Switchboard Manufacturers, OEMs, Panel Builders, and related customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities in the electrical industry.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with LV/MV Switchboard Manufacturers, OEMs, Panel Builders and customers.
- Conduct regular customer visits, site visits, and meetings to understand requirements and generate business.
- Promote and sell the company's range of electrical products and solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate with customers, and close sales deals effectively.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by the management.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide appropriate technical and commercial solutions.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and objections professionally.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, orders, and payment-related matters.
- Work on various projects and assignments as allocated by the company.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales-related information using Google Documents and other digital tools.




- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and achieve better business results.

Required Technical Knowledge

- The candidate should have a good understanding of:
- Control & Relay Panels (CRP) and its components
- Single Line Diagrams (SLD)
- Numerical & Auxiliary Relays
- Fundamentals of Power Systems
- Network Automation
- Electrical protection and automation concepts
- LV/MV Switchboards and associated electrical products
- Strong technical knowledge with an interest in electrical product sales.
- Excellent business development and sales skills.
- Good negotiation and deal-closing abilities.

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. Electrical/Electronics Engineering (Mandatory)
