We're Hiring: Sales Engineer | Water & Wastewater Treatment

We're looking for an experienced Sales Engineer to join our growing team.

What you will do

The Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing business opportunities in the Water Treatment, Wastewater Treatment, and Wind Energy sectors. This role requires strong client-facing capabilities, rapid proposal development, commercial negotiation skills, and close coordination with procurement and internal teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of business development or sales experience in Water Treatment, Renewable Energy, EPC, or related industries
- Existing network of vendors and industry contacts to support business development
- Experience handling B2B clients and large-value contracts is preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities with industrial, commercial, and institutional clients in Water & Wastewater Treatment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and EPC contractors
- Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals, tenders, and quotations within short timelines (often within 24 hours)
- Lead commercial discussions, pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and contract finalization
- Coordinate closely with engineering, procurement, and finance teams
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects to generate new business opportunities




- Ensure timely follow-ups, proposal clarifications, and successful closure of opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of leads, proposals, negotiations, and contracts.

Key Skills

- Solid understanding of the Water & Wastewater Treatment market
- Proven ability to prepare clear, structured, and competitive techno-commercial proposals
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to create professional PowerPoint (PPT) presentations for clients and technical discussions
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and procurement teams
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently under tight deadlines
- Valuable command of English
