The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial automation, process control, or factory automation, with a proven track record in solution-based sales and client relationship management.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities for automation and control solutions.
- Manage existing customer accounts and ensure long-term relationships.
- Understand client requirements and collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored automation solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and technical presentations to clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals within the assigned territory.
- Stay updated with emerging automation technologies and market trends.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecasts using CRM tools.
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field) or equivalent technical background.
- 3+ years of experience in sales within the automation, robotics,



or industrial controls sector.
- Strong understanding of PLCs, SCADA, robotics, sensors, motion control, and process automation systems.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to interpret technical requirements and translate them into business solutions.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Experience with major automation brands (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell, ABB, Schneider, Omron, etc.).
- Familiarity with Industry 4.0, IIoT, and digital transformation concepts.
- Background in technical sales, solution engineering, or channel management.
