Job Title: Sales Engineer – Automation & Control Panels

Location: Hyderabad & Vaizag

Experience: 4-10 Years

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Engineer with expertise in automation sales and marketing . The ideal candidate will have a robust technical background in electrical/ electronic/ instrumentation and proven experience in selling automation solutions, control panels , and related products.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and manage leads for automation and control panel solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and industrial clients.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and technical presentations.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and after-sales support.




- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in automation.

Qualifications

- Education:
- BE/B. Tech/ Diploma holders in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering with relevant experience may apply.
- MBA in sales/marketing may also apply.

Technical Skills

- Basic knowledge of PLC, HMI, Drives, Control Panels, Electrical Panels.
- Familiarity with automation systems and solutions
- Automation course certification is an added advantage

Other Requirements

- Language Proficiency: Hindi, and English (mandatory)
- Own vehicle is compulsory
- Geographical knowledge is an added advantage
- Excellent communication and marketing skills
