We are looking for Sales Professionals to join our team and work in the Executive Education / EdTech space.

? Role: Business Development Executive / Programme Counsellor

? Location: Mumbai

? Industry: Executive Education / EdTech

What you’ll do

- Connect with working professionals and understand their career goals
- Counsel candidates on relevant IIT & IIM executive programmes
- Explain programme curriculum, eligibility, fees and career relevance
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to admission
- Follow up with prospects and handle objections
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
- Maintain robust candidate relationships throughout the enrollment process

What we’re looking for

✅ 1+ years of experience in Sales / Inside Sales / EdTech / Education Counselling

✅ Strong communication and convincing skills

✅ Target-oriented and self-motivated professionals

✅ Experience in selling premium/high-ticket products is an advantage
