About Pokra

Pokra (pokra.ai) is an SEO and AI-search visibility autopilot for Indian Shopify stores. We help e-commerce brands get found on Google and inside AI tools like ChatGPT, at a flat monthly price. We are early stage, founder-led, and growing through outbound sales. You will be one of the first sales hires and work directly with the founder.

What you will do

- Make 60 to 80 outbound cold calls per day to Indian Shopify store owners from a pre-built, tiered lead list. No lead hunting, the pipeline is ready
- Pitch Pokra, handle objections, and book demo meetings on the founder's calendar
- Follow up with prospects over WhatsApp and email using approved templates
- Update every call outcome in our CRM (Zoho Bigin) with proper dispositions
- Share ground-level feedback on what objections come up so we can sharpen the pitch
- Hit weekly targets on calls made and meetings booked

What we are looking for

- 1 to 3 years in outbound calling, inside sales, or telesales. SaaS or e-commerce experience is a plus, not mandatory
- Fluent Hindi and conversational English. Most calls happen in Hinglish




- Comfortable with rejection. You will hear no 50 times a day and still make call 51 with energy
- Basic familiarity with CRMs, WhatsApp Business, and Google Calendar, or willingness to learn fast
- Disciplined and self-driven. This is a small team, nobody will micromanage your dial count
