About the Rol eWe are looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales professional to drive new business growth within the BFSI sector (Banks, NBFCs, Fintechs, MFIs, and Digital Lenders). The role requires end-to-end ownership of the sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to deal closure

.

Key Responsibiliti es• Generate and qualify leads within BFSI account s.• Build and manage relationships with key decision-maker s.• Conduct discovery calls and product demonstration s.• Prepare proposals, commercials, and business case s.• Manage negotiations, procurement processes, and contract closure s.• Maintain CRM updates, sales pipeline, and forecastin g.• Use Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales tools for outbound prospectin g.

Requireme nts• 3–6 years of B2B Enterprise Sales experien ce.• Minimum 2+ years of experience selling to Banks, NBFCs,



or Fintech compani es.• Proven track record of closing enterprise dea ls.• Strong skills in consultative selling, negotiation, and stakeholder manageme nt.• Experience with CRM platforms and outbound sales too ls.• Ability to independently manage the complete sales cyc le.

Prefe rred• Experience selling SaaS, workflow, compliance, or enterprise soluti ons.• Understanding of BFSI processes, collections, grievance redressal, or complia nce.
