Role Overview

We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative who is curious, consistent, and excited to learn sales by doing.

You’ll support our sales pipeline by researching prospects, starting conversations, following up consistently, and booking qualified meetings-with clear training, scripts, and guidance from day one.

This is an execution-focused role designed to help you build strong fundamentals in outbound sales.

Role Details

- Role Type: Full-Time, (Work From Office)
- Experience: 1 to 4 years (Strong command over English is a must)
- Salary: As per industry standards based on skill/performance

What You'll Do

- Research and build prospect lists aligned to our ICP
- Execute outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, and cold calling
- Follow up consistently with prospects already in the pipeline
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads using defined criteria
- Book discovery calls




- Maintain clean records of outreach and responses in CRM/tools
- Learn and apply proven outreach scripts and messaging frameworks

How Your Performance Is Measured

- Number of qualified meetings booked per week/month
- Consistency in daily outreach activity
- Quality of lead qualification
- Follow-up discipline
- Willingness to learn and improve week over week

What We're Looking for

- Excellent spoken/written English
- Good phone presence, make cold calls
- Curiosity and openness to feedback
- Discipline in following processes and daily targets
- Prior exposure to sales/agency work is desirable
