Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 In-Hand

Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our sales team with quotation preparation, customer coordination, vendor follow-ups, and other sales-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and send quotations as per customer requirements.

- Coordinate with vendors/OEMs for pricing, product availability, and specifications.

- Follow up with customers regarding quotations and requirements.

- Maintain quotation records and sales-related MIS.

- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for customer requirements.

- Assist with order processing and related documentation.





- Handle customer calls, emails, and routine sales coordination activities.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.

- A few months to 1 years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Coordination, Quotation Management, or a similar role.

- Candidates with relevant internship experience may also be considered.

- IT Infrastructure industry experience will be preferred.

- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

- Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Preferred: Immediate joiners / candidates available at short notice.
